Purchase agreements
Anyone can enter into purchase agreements with Bjørn & Blades. If you are under 18 years of age, an agreement can only be entered into when an adult enters into the agreement on your behalf.
All agreements are made in Danish. Once you have paid on our site, you will receive an order confirmation. Print your order confirmation.
How to order
To place an order at Bjørn& Blades, you click the add to cart button next to the desired items. Then click “Proceed to checkout”. From there, click “Continue” and you will be taken to a page where you must enter your information. Here you enter your name, address, zip code, city, email and phone number. You must then accept our terms and conditions.
Finally, click "Make payment" and your order is now placed. When you click "Make payment" in the payment window, you are obligated to pay.
Payment
You can order your goods online and pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, V PAY and JCB.
Reservation of the purchase price
If you use an international payment card such as Visa or MasterCard, the amount is automatically reserved in your account when you have approved the payment. If you subsequently regret your purchase, the reservation will be released as soon as possible. It is the provider of your payment card that decides whether the amount is reserved in your account, already when you approve the payment at Bjørn & Blades. It is also the provider that decides when a reserved amount is released again if the purchase is regretted, canceled or an item is returned. In this regard, we refer to the agreement with your card issuer for further information.
Order confirmation
All orders are automatically confirmed by email.
Verification check to prevent fraud
To protect you and our other customers from fraud and to maintain a high level of security, we may perform verification checks. We do this by checking whether the cardholder and the person who placed the order are the same person.
If your order is selected for verification through our random check, we will look at the data you submit when you place your order, including your address, payment information and your total order. If during the check we find that we need more information to be able to verify that the cardholder and the person who placed the order are the same person, we will ask you for the following additional information:
· A picture of the payment card you used to place the order. However, you must ONLY show the last 4 digits of the card number and the cardholder's name. All other information must be hidden.
· A picture of a document (with picture and name) that can identify you as a person - e.g. driver's license, passport or similar. Here ONLY the name and picture may be visible. All other information must be hidden.

Bjørn & Blades cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and incidental damages, viruses or harmful components.
Bjørn & Blades is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the ordered products arriving late at the buyer's address, or from the ordered goods suffering from defects when the delay or defects are due to the buyer's act or omission or circumstances beyond Bjørn & Blades' control.
Examples: war, riots, civil commotion, fire, government intervention, seizures, currency restrictions and labor disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts or similar events.
Bjørn & Blades does not provide a deductible for ordered products, and as a buyer you can only obtain the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the buyer.
Information about appeal options
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and you as the buyer are therefore obliged to check the products as soon as possible after arrival.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.

Delivery
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during the payment process.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be imposed upon arrival at the destination country. You, as the buyer, are responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict these costs as customs policies and import taxes vary significantly from country to country. Therefore, as the buyer, you are fully responsible for all postage, return shipping costs, customs fees and handling fees if you choose to refuse a package due to import duties or taxes.
Delivery time
At Bjørn & Blades we understand how important it is for you to receive your orders quickly. We strive to ship your products as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery to you.
We ship every weekday and orders received before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day if possible. We ship all shipments with DAO, GLS or PostNord.
We reserve the right to change from home delivery to parcel shop if the package is too large.
Estimated delivery time within the EU:

Estimated delivery time outside the EU:
4-14 working days
Responsibility for delivery
Bjørn & Blades is responsible for the order until the time of delivery. The time of delivery is when you receive the package, for example if you pick it up at a parcel shop or a delivery point. If you have allowed the carrier to leave your package in front of your residence, or if you have chosen delivery with DAO, which always delivers at night without calling, your package will be left in front of your residence, after which the package is considered delivered. After that, the risk of the package passes to you.
In these cases, the carrier will take a picture of the package when it is delivered in front of your residence. This picture is our proof that the package has been delivered correctly. Subsequent claims against Bjørn & Blades for defective delivery will be rejected.
Sold out products
We make every effort to always have items in stock, but it happens that we sell more of an item than expected and therefore have sold out. When an item is not in stock, there may be a longer wait before we can ship your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience when you We are experiencing a wait time and assure you that we will process your order as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock for an extended period of time, this will be noted on the product page. We will not be able to provide an exact date when the product will be back in stock.
One way you can protect yourself against out-of-stock items is by signing up for our subscription scheme.
Right of return, right of complaint, right of withdrawal and cancellation
You have 14 days to return your order. Return costs are borne by you and you are responsible for your return arriving back to us undamaged and intact. It is therefore important that you use sufficient packaging.
Products returned unposted or paid for with "cash on delivery" will be refused. We also do not accept returns sent to parcel shops or delivery points. Please send your return to our address.
When returning products, please use a distribution company that offers tracking - do not use alternative package distributors; this makes it impossible to track the item if it is lost during return shipping.

Return policy
To cancel a purchase, the packaging and product must be in perfect condition and completely unused so that the product can still be sold. Any seal (cellophane wrapping with sticker) must not be broken. If the returned goods deviate from the above, we reserve the right to make a reduced refund.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, we will refund your payments for the order. The money will be refunded using the same payment method or to the same card that you used for the payment.
Right of complaint
You have the right to complain about defective goods. If you wish to complain about a fault in an ordered item, please contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is no later than 14 days after receipt of your order, by which time it is expected that you have used your item and thus discovered any defect or error.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product. Once you have notified us of the cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item(s). You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. Always contact us before returning items, otherwise the return may not be accepted. You cannot cancel purchases of items you have received and used or where the seal has been broken or the protective packaging has been opened.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the shipment. If you exercise your right to cancel an order within 14 days, we will refund your payments for the order, but the refund does not include shipping costs. The money will be refunded using the same payment method or to the same card that you used to pay.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the item is unused and the seal or protective packaging is not broken.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
- Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery
Sealing is sealing, protective packaging with, for example, stickers or airtight seals. You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods.

Confidentiality and personal data
No personal information registered on https://bjoern&blades.com/ will ever be transferred, sold or made available to unauthorized third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Bjørn & Blades.
However, we share information with third-party providers, such as service providers, to facilitate customer service. We collect your name, address and email address during a purchase. This information is used exclusively to process your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically for five years, cf. the Danish Accounting Act. An actual purchase agreement is not stored on https://Bjoern&Blades.com/, therefore the purchase agreement is concluded when Bjørn & Blades accepts your order in the order confirmation sent to your email. In addition, we register the IP address from which the purchase is made. The information is typically useless, but can be used in a possible police investigation. The IP address is stored for as long as necessary in connection with a possible police investigation. All fake orders are archived.
Emails, subscription and privacy
You can choose to have your email address on our mailing list at https://Bjoern&Blades.com/, so that you receive regular news and other information from us. This service can be subscribed to and unsubscribed from at any time. Unsubscribing can be done at the bottom of a newsletter. We provide information upon request in accordance with the Personal Data Act, and in the event of any objections, we will delete it to the extent requested.
